Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of Arthzo LMS, operated by Athzo Digital services (“we”, “us”), including the website lms.arthzo.in, its courses, study material, question banks and tests. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Your account

• You must give correct details when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One account is for one person. Sharing a login, or letting others use a paid course through your account, is not allowed and may lead to the account being paused without refund.
• If you are under 18, use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Courses and access

• Each course is sold as a plan. The plan page shows the price and how long access lasts (for example 6 months, 1 year or lifetime). Access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• “Lifetime” means for as long as the course is offered on the platform. If a course is ever withdrawn, we will give reasonable notice.
• We keep improving courses. Content, question banks and tests may be updated, re-ordered or replaced to keep them accurate.
• Some courses are created by partner institutes (“providers”). The provider’s name is shown on the course. We host and sell these courses; the provider is responsible for their content.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Coupons are subject to their own limits and dates and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Use of content

• All course material (notes, videos, questions, explanations, tests) is protected by copyright and belongs to us or the course provider.
• You may use it only for your own personal study. You must not copy, download in bulk, record, resell, share, publish or upload it anywhere else.
• You must not try to break the website’s security, scrape content, or interfere with other users.

5. Exams and results

• Our courses help you prepare for exams such as JAIIB and CAIIB. We are an independent education platform and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) or any exam body.
• Mock tests and scores are for practice. We do not guarantee any particular result in an actual exam.

6. Certificates

Course-completion certificates show that you completed the course on our platform. They are not a qualification issued by any exam body or university.

7. Suspension

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms (for example account sharing or copying content). Where the breach is clear, no refund is due.

8. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the content correct and the website available, but we provide the service “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at kaithal. Please contact us first — most issues can be solved quickly.
