Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Arthzo LMS (Athzo Digital services) collects when you use lms.arthzo.in, why we collect it and how you can control it. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted form by our login provider).
- Learning data: courses you join, topics completed, questions answered, test attempts and scores, bookmarks, study time, and messages you send to support.
- Purchase data: the plan you bought, amount, coupon used, order and payment reference numbers. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure page — we never see or store them.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as device type and IP address) and a login token kept in your browser so you stay signed in.
2. Why we use it
- To create your account, give you access to the courses you join or buy, and save your progress.
- To show your results, weak topics, certificates and personalised practice.
- To process payments, send receipts, and handle refunds.
- To answer your support requests and send important notices about your account or courses.
- To keep the platform secure and improve our courses (for example finding questions that most students find confusing). Reports we use for this are statistical.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising by others.
3. Who can see it
- Course providers: if you join a course created by a partner institute, that institute’s staff can see your name, email and your progress and results in their course — so they can support you. They cannot see your activity in other courses.
- Service providers: we use trusted companies to run the platform — Supabase (database and login), Vercel (website hosting) and Razorpay (payments). They process data only to provide their service to us. Some of these services may store data on servers outside India, with appropriate safeguards.
- Legal reasons: we may share data if required by law or a government authority.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account and learning data while your account is active. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually 8 years). If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
5. Your rights
- See and correct your details on your Profile page.
- Ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account.
- Withdraw consent — this may mean we can no longer provide the service to you.
- Nominate another person to act for you in case of death or incapacity, as allowed by law.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below or through our Contact page.
6. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to your data inside our systems is limited to people who need it to support you.
7. Children
Our courses are meant for adults preparing for professional exams. If you are under 18, please use the service with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
8. Grievance Officer
For any complaint about your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer, email arthzoofficial@gmail.com, Kaithal. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and try to resolve it within 30 days.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
